Delete your SickSense account
To delete your account and all associated data (passenger profiles, trip history, sickness incidents), email support@sicksense.tech from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We action deletion requests within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes all personal data. Anonymised research contributions (which contain no names, account identifiers, or location data) cannot be linked back to you and are retained.
An in-app deletion option is coming; this page remains the web path required by Google Play.
